Matt Haikalis Named VP of Sales
West Chester, Ohio, April 30, 2021 – For Immediate Release – AP Tech Group Inc., a leading manufacturer of solid chemistry technology for the water industry, announced the appointment of Matt Haikalis to VP of Sales.
Haikalis previously served as AP Tech’s Technical Sales Director where he helped build a new technical sales team and provided in-house water treatment technical support for AP Tech distributors. In his new role, Haikalis will continue leading AP Tech’s sales team in its objective to offer excellent technical and commercial support while developing and executing strategies to best position the company’s products and technologies in the market.

Haikalis has 20 years of experience in the water treatment industry and has been with AP Tech since October 2018. His technical and commercial areas of expertise include boiler, cooling, and closed loop water chemical treatment along with pre-treatment system design, operations, and troubleshooting. Prior to joining AP Tech, he was with Veolia Water Technologies held several sales management roles along with serving as a technical resource engineer in their technical department.
Haikalis is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and holds a Master of Business Administration. In addition, he is a designated CWT (Certified Water Technologist) and a member of the cooling subcommittee for the Association of Water Technologies. He resides in Cincinnati with his wife and two children.
